Please Note: you must have either a Hillsboro, North Plains or Cornelius address to be eligible for Rent and Utility Assistance from the Hillsboro St. Matthew Conference of Saint Vincent de Paul.  Please Note: Rent and Utility Assistance applications are accepted at the start of each month as long as funds are available. Each applicant can only receive help once a year. Once you have completed the form, someone from St. Vincent de Paul, Hillsboro Conference will phone you for additional information. You must  respond to this phone call. If you are requesting help with your City of Hillsboro Water Bill, please include both the Account Number and the Customer Number.
